Palio delle Botti
The "Corsa delle Botti" is a folkloric competition between teams of "pushers" through the streets of the historic center. The event is embellished by the presence of companies of flag-wavers, local and not, with the addition of gastronomic initiatives among which the "Dinner of the Palio in the Cloister of San Francesco" stands out.

Sagra di SuveretoIn the first half of December Suvereto has hosted, for more than 30 years, a festival where typical cuisine, shows, exhibitions, cultural initiatives, folklore, are mixed in a rich and multifaceted program. Among the initiatives the historical procession, the flag-wavers of Suvereto and a large grill that cooks savory meats. The undisputed star of the kitchen is wild boar, which is proposed in more traditional recipes. Other typical dishes can be tasted outdoors or in the restaurants participating in the event
