In this recipe, extra virgin olive oil with lemon replaces butter, giving the dove a unique freshness and a delicate citrus scent. Perfect for those looking for a healthier version without giving up the pleasure of the classic Easter cake, this light dove is easy to prepare and gives a soft texture and rich flavor. Get ready to amaze your guests with a healthy, but rich in taste dessert!   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 g of flour 00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 ml of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aroma of vanilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lemon, grated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet of yeast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/extra-virgin-olive-oil-with-lemon-250-ml\/\">80 ml of Lemon Extra Virgin Oil<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>almonds and sugar flakes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Preparation of eggs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separate the egg white from the yolk, putting the yolks in one bowl and the egg whites in another.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whisk the egg whites and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preparation of the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the sugar to the yolks and mix well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine the vanilla aroma, the lemon extra virgin olive oil and milk, continuing to mix until smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Addition of dry ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the flour and then the yeast, stirring until a smooth dough is formed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Flavour and add the egg whites:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the lemon to the mixture and mix well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gently incorporate the egg whites, stirring with movements from bottom to top to keep the air in the dough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Preparation and garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transfer the dough into a previously buttered and floured dove mold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garnish the surface with almonds and sugar flakes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Cooking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C for about 40 minutes, or until the dove is golden brown and cooked inside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Let it cool completely before serving, so that the consistency is perfect both visually and on the palate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>Council: <\/strong> For an even more fresh touch, you can add lemon drops to the dough or brush the surface of the dove with a little honey, to make it even more delicious and shiny.
