Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sprinkle with a little salt, sugar and a dash of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/products\/olio-extravergine-toscano\/toscano-i-g-p-organic\/\">Tuscan extra virgin olive oil IGP<\/a>. Leave them in the oven at 120 degrees for 8-10 hours<\/p>\n<p>Once dry remove from the oven and let them cool.<\/p>\n<p>Put the dried tomatoes in a pot, arrange them in layers with garlic and rosemary, add some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/products\/olio-extravergine-toscano\/toscano-i-g-p-organic\/\">extra virgin olive oil<\/a> and press them. Continue with the layers and finally cover them completely with extra virgin oil, taking care to leave 1 centimeter of space from the edge of the
