The whole is completed by a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, for a result that embodies the intensity and freshness of the flavors of the Mediterranean and Arab traditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">8 slices of eggplant in extra virgin olive oil <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">200 g of mozzarella <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/tuscan-extra-virgin-oil-i-g-p-organic-500ml\/\"><span class=\"s1\">Tuscan extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">8 tomatoes in extra virgin oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">100 g of rucola <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">salt <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">pepperoni <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Arab bread <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedures<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Slice 200 g of milk mozzarella and drain on kitchen paper towels. Drain 8 tomatoes in extra virgin oil and 8 slices of eggplant in extra virgin oil; clean and wash 100 g of rocket, then dry with the special centrifuge. Open in your pocket 4 Arabic rolls and stuff them with half of the rucola, mozzarella slices, sliced spicy salami (120 g in all). Let it be followed by a layer of tomatoes and eggplant in oil and finished with the remaining rucola.
