Delicate and friable satisfy without disturbing the palates of your loved ones after the typical festive scorpacciate. They also accompany with sweetness the conversations between grandparents and grandchildren. Here are the ingredients and the process:      <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h4>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>500 grams of flour 00<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>3 tablespoons of olive oil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/all-leccino-extra-virgin-oil-500ml\/\"><strong>Leccino<\/strong><\/a><\/em> (cinnamon variant &#8211; <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/cinnamon-extra-virgin-oil-100-ml\/\">cinnamon oil<\/a><\/em><\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A teaspoon of vanilla<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>250 grams of granulated sugar<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>50 millilitres of whole fresh milk<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>2 eggs and 1 yolk<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A sachet of baking powder<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.olio.ilbottaccio.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Sfondo-dolci-e-biscotti-natale-1024x640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3629 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Preparation of the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the flour on a flat surface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the yeast to the flour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the center, add the eggs shelled, Leccino oil and vanilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the milk and start kneading until you get a soft dough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Formation of the biscuits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On a floured surface, make small sticks about 10 cm long and 1 cm wide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dip the sticks in the granulated sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Cooking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bake at 180\u00b0C for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Christmas Option:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For a festive touch, use star, snowman or Christmas tree molds instead of sticks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p><strong>Council: <\/strong> Serve the cookies with a hot drink for a moment of sweetness and conviviality!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Extra virgin olive oil is used more and more often in desserts.
