The addition of raw capocollo and a touch of parmesan make this dish even more special, perfect for a lunch or dinner with a strong taste. Find out how to prepare it!   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 2 people:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g Cream of artichokes in extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>320 g of pasta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g grated parmesan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/prodotto\/olio-extravergine-toscano-i-g-p-500ml\">Extra virgin Tuscan olive oil <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g of raw capocollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation time: 25 minutes<\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difficulty: Easy<\/h3>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cooking the pasta:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cook 320 g of pasta in plenty of salted water, following the instructions on the package to get a al dente cooking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparation of the seasoning:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meanwhile, pour the <em>artichoke cream<\/em> in a pan and add a dash of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/prodotto\/olio-extravergine-toscano-i-g-p-500ml\">Tuscan extra virgin oil<\/a> to make it even more soft and tasty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add also 25 g of grated parmesan, stirring to obtain a well-blended cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooking and dressing:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the dough is ready, drain and add it to the pan with artichoke cream. Mix well to make the pasta taste with the seasoning. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the capocollo into thin slices and add it raw to the pasta, stirring gently so that it does not cook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finishing and Laying:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve the pasta in the plates and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, to give a touch of freshness to the dish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tip:<\/h3>\n\n<p>This dish is also perfect as a condiment for croutons or as a base for more complex sauces.
