Our pasta <em>Foglie di Ulivo,<\/em> with its particular shape, is beautifully combined with the intensity of black truffle and the slightly bitter taste of Olive Black Leccino. A simple but great dish, ready in just 15 minutes. Here\u2019s how to prepare it!   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for 2 people:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>320 g <strong>Pasta Foglie di Ulivo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g of <strong>Leccino Black Olives<\/strong>, chopped<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and black pepper to grain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/prodotto\/olio-extravergine-al-tartufo-nero-100ml\">Extra virgin olive oil with black truffle<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation time: 15 minutes<\/h3>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difficulty: Easy<\/h3>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cooking the pasta:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bring to a boil a pot of salted water and cook the <em>olive leaves pasta<\/em> until tender, following the cooking times indicated on the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparation of the seasoning:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While the pasta is cooking, roughly chop the black pepper and the <strong>Olive Black Leccino.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a drizzle of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/prodotto\/olio-extravergine-al-tartufo-nero-100ml\">extra virgin olive oil with black truffle<\/a> in a pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the chopped pepper and the chopped Leccino Black Olives, roasting briefly to blend the flavors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Combine the pasta with the dressing:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drain the <em>olive leaves pasta<\/em> to the tooth and add it directly into the pan with the dressing.
