The cannellini bean cream is combined with grilled zucchini and Extra Virgin Dried Tomatoes for a perfect dish to serve as an appetizer or during the aperitif, accompanied by a good drink. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tempo di preparazione<\/strong>: 25 minuti<br\/><strong>Difficolt\u00e0<\/strong>: Facile<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients (for 4 servings):<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 sandwiches<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g of cannellini beans (already boiled)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>half a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon of tahin (sesame cream)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>16 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/getrocknete-tomaten-gewurzt-in-extra-nativem-ol-280-gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Extra Virgin Dried Tomatoes <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 zucchini<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/categoria-prodotto\/extra-virgin-olive-oil\/selections\/classic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Extra virgin olive oil <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A bunch of basil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure:<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Prepare the bean cream<\/strong>: Rinse the cannellini beans and blend them with lemon juice, chili powder, tahini and basil. Mix until smooth and homogeneous. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Grilling the zucchini<\/strong>: Cut the zucchini lengthwise into slices about 2 mm thick. Cook on a hot plate for about 30 seconds per side, until you get some grilled strips. Season with a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/categoria-prodotto\/extra-virgin-olive-oil\/selections\/classic\/\"><strong>Olio Extra Vergine Classico.<\/strong><\/a>  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Prepare the dried tomatoes<\/strong>: Drain the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilbottaccio.it\/en\/prodotto\/getrocknete-tomaten-gewurzt-in-extra-nativem-ol-280-gr\/\">Extra Virgin Dried Tomatoes<\/a><\/strong> and gently dry them with kitchen paper.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Assemble the sandwich<\/strong>: Cut the rolls in half and spread the cannellini bean cream on both halves. Add the Dried Tomatoes and the grilled zucchini. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Serving<\/strong>: Close the sandwiches and serve them immediately, ideal as an appetizer or for an aperitif.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tip:<\/h3>\n\n<p>If you want to make your zucchini sandwich even richer and tastier, you can add some fresh rucola leaves or a little spreadable goat cheese.
