Energy from the Sun
Producing energy more responsibly
We have installed solar panels on the roof of our production facility to make use of clean energy generated by the sun every day. This practical choice helps us reduce our reliance on traditional energy sources and make our production, packaging and business operations more sustainable.
Packaging without Plastic Tape
Water-activated paper tape
To seal our parcels, we use water-activated paper tape and dedicated dispensers. This solution allows us to avoid traditional plastic adhesive tape and solvent-based glues, while making the packaging simpler and easier to recycle together with the cardboard box.
Cardboard Recovery
Turning waste into protective packaging
Clean cardboard from our production activities and incoming packaging is recovered and transformed into protective filling material for our shipments. In this way, we give it a new purpose, reduce the use of disposable protective materials and limit the amount of waste produced every day.
Fighting Food Waste
Giving value to products that are still good
Products that are still perfectly safe and enjoyable, but are approaching their best-before date or can no longer be sold through our usual channels, are recovered through anti-waste initiatives such as Surprise Bags. It is a simple and practical way to prevent good food from being wasted and allow it to reach someone’s table.
