Ribollita and Pappa al pomodoro, typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, are accompanied by a selection of classic sauces exclusively prepared with Tuscan tomatoes. Among these, the Puttanesca sauce with pitted Leccino olives and capers, the Arrabbiata sauce and the classic Tuscan tomato sauce offer a unique tasting experience. Additionally, we've created several equally delicious pesto variations, with our Basil Pesto featured prominently. The latter is made faithfully following the original Ligurian pesto recipe, using Grana Padano DOP, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and, of course, basil.
