Farmhouse with apartments located in a country house from the 1800s, recently renovated, situated in Tuscany, in the greenery of Maremma and in the Val di Cornia area, in Venturina Terme, between the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast and the characteristic medieval villages of Campiglia and Suvereto. Two-room apartments that are completely autonomous, created from the renovation of an old country house and furnished in typical Tuscan style. On the ground floor, there are the smaller apartments, obtained from the former stables, cellar, and carriage house; on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, are the larger apartments.
All the apartments of the farmhouse, each with independent entrance, consist of a living room-kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, located on a private courtyard or terrace.
The farmhouse, swimming pool and the barbecue and the garden are surrounded by centuries-old olive trees from which the Tuscan extra virgin olive oil I.G.P. is obtained.
