The shipment of the products normally takes place from 1 to 3 days from receipt of payment.
Upon departure of the order, an e-mail will be sent to the recipient with all the shipping details.
Azienda Agricola il Bottaccio uses shockproof and thermal shock-proof packaging to ensure the freshness and integrity of the items.

Money back guarantee

If for any reason the purchased product does not comply with the requested article, we ensure the replacement of the goods within n. 10 days from receipt.

Right of withdrawal

Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99 gives the buyer the right to withdraw from the purchase within ten working days, starting from receipt of the goods by sending to the address: Azienda Agricola il Bottaccio, Via del Pino 1 - 57025 - Piombino (LI) a communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Method of reimbursement of the consideration.

We will refund by bank transfer or non-transferable bank check within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund refers exclusively to the price of the product. The costs of shipping and home delivery of the product will be borne by the consumer. A necessary condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
