Farmhouse with apartments located in a country house from the 1800s, recently renovated, situated in Tuscany, in the greenery of Maremma and in the Val di Cornia area, in Venturina Terme, between the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast and the characteristic medieval villages of Campiglia and Suvereto. Completely autonomous two-room apartments, made for the renovation of an old country house and furnished in typical Tuscan style.
On the ground floor there are the smaller apartments, obtained from the rooms of the former stables, the cellar and the carriageway; on the first floor, with access via an external staircase, the larger ones.
All the apartments of the farmhouse, each with independent entrance, consist of a living room-kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs, located on a private courtyard or terrace.
All around the farmhouse and the swimming pool and the barbecue is framed by a garden of centuries-old olive trees from which the Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil I.G.P. is obtained.
