Crostini with Tuna and Artichokes Pâté with Spreadable Cheese

Ingredients (5 people):
- 100 g canned tuna in nature (recipe for homemade tuna in oil)
- 200 g of artichokes in extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g of cream cheese (optional Philadelphia)
- 35 g of Classico extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Ingredients for 200g cream cheese:
- 200g white yogurt (natural without added sugar)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Procedure
Preparation of the cream cheese:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with salt until it dissolves completely.
- Transfer the mixture into a clean cloth (washed without softener) and close it well.
- Hang the bag over a bowl for 8-10 hours, so that the excess liquid drips away and you get a thick cream cheese.
Preparation of tuna and artichoke pâté:
- Drain the oil from the artichokes and finely chop them with the tuna.
- Add the Classico extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
- Add the cream cheese (previously prepared) to the tuna and artichokes mixture and continue stirring until a creamy consistency is obtained.
- Add salt and pepper to taste to flavor.
Completion:
