“Oil moderately full of sweetish aromas, very soft and ripe with lightly seared chard and spinach, olive pulp of marked delicacy with light fruity at times ripe, quite pungent already on its nose with traces of yellow flowers, daisies and hot spices. The taste is pungent and bitter of olive pulp, artichoke and lightly toasted almonds. The cooked vegetables are very present, sweet and soft with a bitter and hot aftertaste of very fine white pepper.
