Ingredients for 2 people:
- 160 g of spaghetti
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red chilli jalapeño
- 3 tablespoons of Tuscan Classic Extra Virgin Oil
- 1 tablespoon of raw Extra virgin oil with Chilli

Procedure:
- Cooking the pasta:
- Start by cooking the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, following the instructions on the package to get a al dente cooking.
- Preparation of the seasoning:
- While the pasta cooks, wash and dry the jalapeño. Cut it into thin slices.
- In a pan, pour 3 tablespoons of classic Tuscan extra virgin oil and fry the whole garlic clove with the jalapeño pepper over medium heat. Let the garlic lightly brown, taking care not to burn it.
- Season and butter:
- As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add a couple of tablespoons of spaghetti cooking water and chopped parsley. Mix well and let it taste for a minute.
- Sauté the dough:
- Drain the spaghetti and transfer them to the pan with the dressing. Stir for a few minutes, so that it blends well with the sauce.
- Finishing and Laying:
- Serve the spaghetti on the plates and, before serving, add a tablespoon of raw extra virgin oil chilli for an extra touch of spicy flavor.
- Top with more fresh parsley chopped to taste.
